Killian, a beautiful chocolate male who still has lots of puppy energy and behaviors has natural ears and long tail. Born around March 9, 2015 Killian still has lots of puppy energy to share with his family. Killian is not food motivated but will do anything to get a positive response from the humans around him. He chases his tail when he gets excited - and boy can he move fast in circles! What a personality. When he figures out what makes you laugh, he will use that behavior often to hear your laughter. When he has been mischievous and is gently told no, he will drop his head, give you the side eye, sad sack look and check to see if everything is okay as he hates to have any discord between him and his humans. Gentle kids 10 and older would be good for him - he loves to cuddle. Killian likes to play like a puppy - jumping on kids but he is gentle and he should be taught that he only jumps when playing with people he knows. He is good with other dogs but again, he wants to play with everyone, including cats. They will have to put him in his place if they don’t want to play chase me, chase you!
Killian is not a digger, is house trained, knows how to use a dog door, kennel trained, walks well on a leash but still needs training on how to walk beside you and in a straight line instead of all over the place. He wants to be with people as his favorite pastime is cuddling, he loves to be with humans and has some little separation anxiety but if he is covered and in his kennel he will be happy. Good in the kennel - Killian wants to be covered in the kennel - always wants to be covered. He will drag his blanket around, lay down and cover himself!
Killian is neutered, up to date on his shots, and is Heartworm negative. He will keep you entertained and will be a great addition to any family! Very sweet little boy!
